SHIPPING

1. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Yes we do ship EVERYWHERE and shipping is FREE! 
 
2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Order processing time takes 1-7 business days before shipment. Deliveries take usually 2-4 weeks! However, due to the distance between countries, slow postal services, and shipping delays it can sometimes take up to 2 months. It depends what you purchased/where you live! You can 'CONTACT US' or email thatinstagirlenquiries@gmail.com for any enquiries! 
 
3. MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET? EVEN AFTER YOUR PROMISED "2 MONTHS" WHY?
While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region from where we produce. If it does not arrive by 8 weeks upon ordering, we can help reship your order or refund guaranteed! :) 

4. I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY PART OF MY SHIPMENT, WHERE ARE THE OTHER ITEMS?
We ship from various niche factories using different carriers so some items might arrive earlier than others (this is why we are able to provide items cheaper than our competitors!). Often some parcels experience shipping delays while others do not. From our experience, small items and accessories tend to take a lot longer compared to clothing items - so don't be alarmed! :)  If you'd like to know the status of your items please use the tracking numbers provided in the email sent to you and enter it to 17track.net! 

5. WHAT ABOUT POSSIBLE CUSTOM FEES? 
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country (very rarely this happens). Sometimes our warehouse will write a price on your package much lower than your order cost - this is not the value of your items, but rather to prevent custom fees! 

6. WILL THIS ITEM GET TO ME BEFORE _________? 
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
7. MY TRACKING NUMBER DOESN'T WORK? 
Tracking numbers can take up to 6 days for it to start showing on the system. Sometimes, the embedded tracking system in the email notification is faulty and it is better to manually enter your tracking number into 17track.net. Note: When your item is in transit it means it is on its way - there may not be any shipping updates whilst it is in transit! If the tracking number completely doesn't work - don't worry, your item probably got lost along the way and we will send you a new item :) 
8. I WROTE THE WRONG ADDRESS! 
Once orders are dispatched we cannot change the address. You should try to notify your home countrys shipping service to let them know of the correct address. If they have already sent the items back to our warehouse, you will need to wait for us to receive it and resend it - shipping costs will not be covered on our part.
